Accepts one set of process fee. However, in the meanwhile, there shall be stay of operation of the judgment dated 14.12.2020 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rourkela in Criminal Appeal No.03 of 2020 with regard to payment of the amount only, but the proceeding under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 may continue.
