Realization of compensation amount under the judgment dated 24.04.2017 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Rourkela in 1.C.C. No.583 of 2008 (T.R. No.1089/15) shall remain stayed till disposal of the criminal revision subject to the Petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.13,000/- (rupees thirteen thousand) before the court below in the shape of an Account Payee Bank Draft drawn in the name of Opposite Party- Complainant within six weeks hence.

Needless to say that on deposit of the aforesaid amount by way of Account Payee Bank Draft, the same shall be handed over to the Opposite Party-Complainant keeping sufficient

security and also undertaking to refund the said amount with 8% interest in the event the Petitioner succeeds in the present criminal revision.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

On consideration of the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that the Petitioner be released on bail in 1.C.C. No.583 of 2008 (T.R. No.1089/15) on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin over the matter provided he has deposited the amount as ordered to stay realization of compensation.

Failure to deposit the amount directed shall expose the Petitioner to the peril of undergoing the sentence imposed.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
