                        Appellants.

                              Perused the judgments of trial court as well as the
                        lower appellate court.

                              The appeal is admitted on the following substantial
                        question of law:

                                      Whether the findings of the courts below in
                                      holding Exts.A, 5 and 6 as admissions of
                                      Plaintiff No.2 as to the Defendant's right over
                                      the property being heirs of Narayan can sustain
                                      in the eye of law?

                              Issue notice to the respondents by Registered Post
                        with A.D. making it returnable within four weeks.

                              Requisites shall be filed within seven days.

                              List this matter in the week commencing from 10th
                        May, 2021.
