(virtual/physical mode).
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking
direction to opposite parties to consider the case of the
petitioner by taking into account her other options, i.e., option
No.III to XXII exercised by her in respect of other districts
against the existing vacancies as there are 4136 number of
posts of Sikshya Sahayaks are lying vacant in respect of other
districts and selection process has not yet been completed,
within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, keeping
in view of the judgment of this Hon'ble Court in the case of
Babita Satpathy and Others v. State of Odisha (W.A. No.
701 of 2019 disposed of on 23.12.2020) and batch of writ
appeals.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner
states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has
made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-6
and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a
stipulated time.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this
Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1
to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide
Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with
law within a period of three months from the date of
production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
