                                  Heard Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Additional Government
                        Advocate appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. Arnab Behera,
                        learned Advocate appearing for the Opposite Party No.1.
                                  In course of hearing, it comes to our notice that the
                        impugned order dated 10.07.2019 passed in O.A. No.134 of 2017 by
                        the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack         is
                        based upon observations made by the Central Administrative
                        Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in the case of R.N. Ravi -vrs.-
                        Union of India and Another (O.A. No.823 of 2012). It is also stated
                        at the Bar that the matter is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme
                        Court.
                                  So, it is appropriate on our part to wait for final judgment
                        that will be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the aforesaid
                        case i.e. in Civil Appeal No.4648 of 2014.
                                  Learned Additional Government Advocate shall obtain
                        instructions in the matter.
                                  List this matter on 12th April, 2021.
