Heard Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the
petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of
the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v.
State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & others, 2016 (I)
ILR-1162 vide order dated 22.12.2020 under Annexure-11
which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated
20.02.2017 in W.P.(C) No.801 of 2017, the petitioner has
approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on
learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for opposite
parties no.1, 2 and 4 within three days enabling him to obtain
instructions or file counter affidavit.
Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party
no.3 by Registered Post with A.D. shall be filed within three
days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing
a short returnable date.
