Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the
judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v. State of
Odisha, 2017 (I) ILR CUT 546 vide order dated 08.02.2021 under
Annexure-7, which has been passed in pursuance of the order
dated 16.12.2019 in W.P.(C) No.25039 of 2019, the petitioner has
approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on
learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education
Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three
days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no.4 by
Registered Post with A.D. shall be filed within three days. Office
shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing a short
returnable date.
