02   03.03.2021             The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
                            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
                            Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the
                  judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v. State of
                  Odisha, 2017 (I) ILR CUT 546 vide order dated 16.01.2021 under
                  Annexure-10, which has been passed in pursuance of the order
                  dated 26.08.2020 in W.P.(C) No.19132 of 2020, the petitioner has
                  approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
                            Issue notice to the opposite parties.
                            Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on
                  learned   Standing    Counsel   for   School      and   Mass   Education
                  Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three
                  days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
                            Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no.4 by
                  Registered Post with A.D. shall be filed within three days. Office
                  shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing a short
                  returnable date.
