02.   02.03.2021             This   matter    is   taken   up    through    hybrid
                   arrangement (virtual/physical mode).
                           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
                           Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms
                   of the judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal
                   v. State of Odisha & others, 2017 (I) ILR -CUT-546 vide
                   order dated 08.01.2021 under Annexure-10, which has
                   been passed in pursuance of the order dated 15.10.2020 in
                   W.P.(C) No.24134 of 2020, the petitioner has approached
                   this Court by filing the present writ petition.
                           Issue notice to the opposite parties.
                           Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on
                   learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education
                   Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within
                   three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file
                   counter affidavit.
