02.   02.03.2021          The matter is taken up through video conferencing.
                          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
                          Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of
                   the judgment rendered in the case of Harbans Lal v. The
                   State of Punjab and Ors., (CWP No. 2371 of 2010 decided on
                   31.08.2010), which has been upheld by the Hon'ble apex
                   Court in SLP(C) No.23578 of 2012 disposed of on 30.07.2012
                   vide order dated 23.11.2020 under Annexure-6, which has
                   been passed in pursuance of the order dated 13.07.2020
                   passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15133 of 2020, the
                   petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ
                   petition.
                            Issue notice to the opposite parties.
                            Five extra copies of the writ petition be served on
                   learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education
                   Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 5 within
                   three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter
                   affidavit.
