                   Counsel and Mr.S.B.Jena, learned counsel appearing for
                   opposite party No.1.
                               Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a
                   direction to Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench,
                   Cuttack to dispose of O.A. No. 353 of 2019 within a
                   stipulated time.
                               Mr.Jena, learned counsel appearing for opposite
                   party No.1 submitted that in the meantime O.A. No. 353 of
                   2019 has been heard by the Tribunal and the same was
                   reserved for pronouncement of the judgment.
                               Considering the above since O.A. No. 353 of
                   2019 has already been heard by the Tribunal and the same
                   was reserved for pronouncement of the judgment, the writ
                   petition is disposed of in the changed circumstances.
