                          BLAPL No. 682 of 2021




03.   21.06.2021                 This   matter    is   taken      up   through       video
                   conferencing mode.
                                 Mr. Manoj Kumar Mohanty, learned counsel
                   for the petitioner is present. But due to bad connectivity,
                   his submissions cannot be heard.
                                 An affidavit has been filed by brother of the
                   petitioner   regarding   the    criminal      antecedents     of   the
                   petitioner. But on perusal of the same, I found that details
                   of the cases in which the petitioner has been acquitted
                   have not been indicated. Photostat copies of the orders
                   and judgments have been filed and it has been mentioned
                   in the affidavit that G.R. Case No. 789 of 2017, G.R. Case
                   No. 313 of 2017, G.R.         Case No. 385 of 2011 and G.R.
                   Case No. 1519 of 2010 are pending but the offences in
                   these cases have not been indicated.
                                 Mr.    Mohanty,       learned     counsel     for    the
                   petitioner is directed to submit the details of the cases
                   which are pending against the petitioner and furnish the
                   case numbers of the orders and judgments filed on behalf
                   of the petitioner.
                                 Mr.    Mohanty,       learned     counsel     for    the
                   petitioner is also directed to obtain the instructions with
                   regard to occupation of the petitioner.
