07. 1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the decision of the Government of Odisha taken on 9th September 2015 and all the consequential decisions relating to the abolition of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal ('OAT').
2. By a separate common judgment pronounced today in connected W.P. (C) No.13789 of 2019 and batch, this Court has upheld the validity of the notification dated 2nd August 2019 of the Government of India abolishing the OAT.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of

the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
