03. 1. By way of this writ petition, the Petitioners have prayed for transfer of Original Application No.1004(C) of 2017, filed by the present Opposite Parties, from the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to this Court.
2. By a separate common judgment pronounced today in connected W.P. (C) No.13789 of 2019 and batch, this Court has upheld the validity of the notification dated 2nd August 2019 of the Government of India abolishing the OAT. As a result all applications pending in the OAT, including the one mentioned in para 1, will stand transferred to this Court.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.

4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
