03. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode, in the Vacation Court.
2. The Court is informed that all the eyewitnesses have turned hostile. On account of the present COVID situation the official witnesses are unable to appear and for that reason the trial is unable to be concluded.
3. In view of the above submission, a direction is issued to the trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial positively within a period of three months from today and in any event deliver the final judgment not later than 6th September, 2021.
4. List on 14th September, 2021.
5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
