04. 1. This matter is taken up by Video Conferencing mode.

2. Heard Mr.M.K.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner states that out of 23 criminal antecedents shown against the petitioner, he has been acquitted in 19 cases and only four cases including this case are pending against him presently and details of which have been indicated in the affidavits dated 22.02.2021 and 24.06.2021. He also states that he has filed the judgment vide which he has been acquitted along with the memo on 17.03.2021 and affidavit dated 22.2.2021.

4. Mr. S.S.Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel states that neither the affidavit dated 22.02.2021 nor the acquittal orders have been served on him.

5. Mr. Mohanty is directed to serve a copy of the affidavit along with the acquittal orders vide which the petitioner has been acquitted on Mr. S.S.Mohapatra by tomorrow (02.07.2021) to enable the latter to verify the same and obtain instructions.
