02.   28.01.2021            The matter is taken up through video conferencing.
                            Heard    Mr.   J.   Gupta,    learned   counsel   for   the
                   petitioner.
                            Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of
                   the judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v.
                   State of Odisha & others, 2017 (I) ILR -CUT-546 vide order
                   dated 26.11.2020 under Annexure-10, which has been passed
                   in pursuance of the order dated 29.01.2020 in W.P.(C)
                   No.2333 of 2020, the petitioner approached this Court by
                   filing the present writ petition.
                            Issue notice to the opposite parties.
                            Four extra copies of the writ petition be served on
                   learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education
                   Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 4 within
                   three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter
                   affidavit.
