16.   27.1.2021            This     matter    is    taken    up    through         video
                  conferencing.
                           This     Interlocutory   Application   has   been       filed
                  praying for recall/review of judgment dated 23.12.2020
                  passed in the WPCRL No.53 of 2020.
                            Since    after   hearing    learned   counsel    for    the
                  petitioner as well as opposite parties, the WPCRL was heard
                  and disposed of touching each and every point, we are not
                  inclined to recall/review the judgment dated 23.12.2020
                  passed in the WPCRL. Accordingly, the I.A is dismissed.
                           Learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft
                  copy of this order available in the High Court's website or
                  print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner
                  prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
