                        F.A.O. No.152 of 2020 and I.A. No.142 of 2020
04.   20.01.2021            This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing
                   due to Pandemic COVID-19.
                           Heard Mr. Saswat Das, learned counsel for the appellant
                   and Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate
                   for the State- respondents.
                           Learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction
                   submits that appellant was on receipt of Grant-in-Aid till
                   November, 2020.
                           As an interim measure, it is directed that operation of
                   the impugned judgment dated 28.01.2020 under Annexure-13
                   and the orders dated 22.11.2013 and 28.11.2013 under
                   Annexures-6 and 7 shall remain stayed till the next date.
                           Put up this matter for admission on 3rd of February,
                   2021.
                           Authenticated copy of this order downloaded from
                   the website of this Court shall be treated at par with
                   certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court's
                   Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
