  04.   19.01.2021          Due to outbreak of COVID-19, this matter is
                     taken up through Video Conferencing.
                            Put up this matter on 04.02.2021, as prayed for
                     by Mr. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the appellant to
                     enable him to pay the deficit court fee of Rs.11,693.25
                     and to file an application for dispensing with filing of
                     certified copy of the trial court judgment.
