02. 18.01.2021                This   matter   is   taken   up    through   Video
                 conferencing.
                              Heard learned counsel for the parties.
                              Looking to the prayer involved in this writ
                 petition and as decision has to be taken by the Secretary to
                 Government, School and Mass Education Department,
                 Odisha, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.1, this writ petition
                 stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.1
                 to consider the request of the petitioner involved therein by
                 treating this writ petition as representation at the instance of
                 the petitioner taking into consideration the applicability of
                 judgment in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul Vrs. State of
                 Odisha and others, reported in 2016(I)-ILR-CUT-1162 and
                 take a lawful decision thereon as appropriate, within a
                 period one and half months from the date of communication
                 of copy of this order, copy of the judgment cited hereinabove,
                 so also copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
                              As restrictions are still     continuing due to
                 COVID-19, petitioner(s) may utilize the soft copy of this order
                 available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at
                 par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide
                 Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
