                        Heard   Mr.    V. Jena,     learned   counsel   for    the
                  petitioner   and    Mr.   R.P.   Mohapatra,   learned       Addl.
                  Government Advocate.
                        The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking
                  direction to opposite party no.2 to take steps for
                  registration of sale deed as presented by the petitioner
                  relating to the suit property which is duplex Sub Plot No.
                  GV-05, Plot Area -1800 sqft. out of Ac.5.000 dec. plot o.
                  784/1391, Khata No. 233/81, P.S. No. 49, Village.Mouza:
                  Sampur, Tahsil- Bhubaneswar, P.S.- Khandagiri, Dist.-
                  Khurdha, Hal Plot No. 3174 (part) and to act as pr law.
                        Mr. V. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner
                  contended that though the petitioner submitted the sale
                  deed, but the same has not been registered on the ground
                  that he has not produced ROR so as to effect the same. It
                  is contended that the matter is covered by judgment of
                  this Court in Dhabal Prasad Pradhan v. State, 2014 (II)
                  OLR 902.
                        Mr. R.P. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Government
                  Advocate submits that the petitioner has not satisfied the
                  condition for registration, inasmuch as, when he tendered
                  his documents for registration, he had not submitted any
                  ROR. He however, admits that the matter is covered by
                  Dhabal Prasad Pradhan (supra).
                          Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this
                  writ petition is disposed of with the direction that if the
                  petitioner had submitted the documents before the Sub-
                  Registrar for registration, and the same have not been

        registered because of the non-availability of ROR, in terms
        of the judgment of this Court in this Court in Dhabal
        Prasad       Pradhan   (supra),   the   Sub-Registrar   shall
        examine the registerability of the documents submitted by
        the petitioner and do the needful within a period of six
        weeks from the date of communication of this order.
                 The writ petition is disposed of with the above
        direction.
              As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation
        are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize
        the soft copy of this order available in the High Court's
        website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in
        the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587,
        dated 25th March, 2020.
