2. 15.01.2021 This matter is taken up through Video
Conferencing.
Heard Mr. S.K. Padhy, learned counsel for
petitioner and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned ASG of India with
Mr. C.K. Pradhan, learned CGC for O.Ps.
Mr. S.K. Padhy, learned counsel for petitioner prays
for directing the O.P.3 to consider the case of the
petitioner in the light of the judgment vide Annexure-8
(series).
Considering the limited request involved in this
matter and without expressing any opinion on merit of
the case, this Court leaves it open for the O.P.3 to look
into the request of petitioner and take a lawful decision in
the matter taking into account the applicability of the
judgment vide Annexure-8 (series).
The entire exercise shall be completed within a
period of two months from the date of communication of
a copy of this order, a copy of the Writ Petition so also
copy of the judgment vide Annexure-8(series), by the
petitioners.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
As restrictions are still continuing due to COVID-
19, petitioner(s) may utilize the soft copy of this order
available in the High Court's website or print out thereof
at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide
Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
