                                   CONTC No. 1590 of 2020




02.   08.01.2021               This   matter     is     taken    up   through    video
                   conferencing.
                           Copy of the contempt petition be served on
                   learned State Counsel within three working days.
                           The petitioner has filed this contempt application
                   for   non-compliance     of        the    order/judgment      dated
                   02.05.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 16239 of
                   2007. Earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by
                   filing CONTC No. 1013 of 2018, which has been disposed
                   of on 21.12.2018 allowing three months time to comply
                   with the order/judgment dated 02.05.2017. But till date
                   the said order has not been complied with.
                         Issue notice to the opposite party by registered post
                   with A.D. fixing an early returnable date. Requisites shall
                   be filed within three days.
