02.   05.01.2021        Due to outbreak of COVID-19, this matter is
                   taken up through Video Conferencing.
                        This is an application for dispensing with filing of
                   certified copy of the trial Court judgment.
                        Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the appellant-
                   petitioner submits that he does not possess the
                   certified copy of the judgment dated 21.12.2019
                   passed in C.S. No. 80 of 2012 readily and if some time
                   is granted, he can file the same. He further submits
                   that due to urgency involved in the matter, this Court
                   may take up the matter for admission without waiting
                   for filing of the certified copy of the trial Court
                   judgment, photocopy of which has been filed along
                   with appeal memo.
                        Taking into consideration the submission made
                   by learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner, the I.A.
                   is disposed of with a direction that certified copy of the
                   trial Court judgment shall be filed within a period of
                   two weeks from today.
