02.   28.01.2021               The matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
                               Perused the letter received from the prisoner duly
                   attested by the Senior Superintendent, Circle Jail, Cuttack at
                   Choudwar.
                               Since the appellant is in custody, the delay of 761
                   days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.
                               Heard.
                               Admit.
                               Call for the Trial Court Record (TCR).
                               Learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur shall send
                   soft copy as well as scanned copy of the TCR.
                               The appellant is unable to engage a counsel of his
                   choice. So, we engage Mr. Sougat Kumar Dash, the counsel having
                   sufficient experience in criminal matters to argue the case on
                   behalf of the appellant. Mr. Dash be intimated immediately. His
                   mobile is No.9668347321. After receipt of TCR, a copy of the
                   judgment and copies of the depositions of P.Ws. and D.Ws. be
                   served upon him.
                               The matter be listed on 04.03.2021.
