Heard Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the
petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of
the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v.
State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & others, 2016 (I)
ILR-1162 vide order dated 07.12.2020 under Annexure-7,
which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated
02.09.2020 in W.P.(C) No.21526 of 2020, the petitioner has
approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Two extra copies of the writ petition be served on
learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for opposite
parties no.1 and 2 within three days enabling him to obtain
instructions or file counter affidavit.
