                      W.P.(C) No.15882 of 2020 and I.A. No.11531 of 2020

04. 05.02.2021 This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing

Heard Mr. Subash Chandra Pani, learned counsel for
the petitioner and Mr. Pravakar Behera, learned Standing Counsel
                   for Transport Department.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for
a direction to opposite party no.2-RTO, Chandikhole to accept tax
in prevailing procedure (monthly mode) in respect of vehicles
                   bearing Registration Nos.OD-04-E-2525 and OD-04-E-
                   3030(AMBLNC).
It has been submitted by Mr. Pani that similar issues
have come before this Court in series of writ petitions but the

interim order in W.A. No.239 of 2018 staying the judgment and

direct the petitioner to approach before opposite party no.2 along
with copy of the said order and if that would be done, the

Learned counsel for the petitioner expressed no
objection to such submission of Mr. Behera.
Upon such submissions and without going into the
merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is being
disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to bring to the notice of
opposite party no.2-RTO, Chandikhole about the above order
                            2

passed in the writ appeal while ventilating his grievance by way
of filing representation, which shall be considered by the
