02. 04.02.2021 The matter is taken up by video conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned
counsel for the State.
Considering the submission and on going through the
nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding
circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners; it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in
Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.391 of 2020 corresponding to
C.T. Case No.1081 of 2020 pending in the court of the learned
J.M.F.C.(R), Balasore, they shall be released on bail by the
Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the
Arresting Officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are
continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft
copy of this order/judgment available in the High Court's
website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the
manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th
March, 2020.
