8. 1.02.2021 This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
There is no denial by all the parties herein that similarly
situated matters vide W.P.(C) Nos.12915 to 12925 of 2009 are
disposed of by this Court on 21.06.2017 and challenging the
judgment of this Court passed therein, the State Government
had gone to the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of concerned
SLP(C)s, which have been disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme
Court by giving particular direction. As there is no dispute that
this case is already covered by the judgment passed in W.P.(C)
No.12915 to 12925 of 2009, this Writ Petition stands disposed
of directing the O.Ps. to consider the case of the petitioner in
the light of the direction given in the aforesaid Writ Petitions
read with the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19,
petitioner(s) may utilize the soft copy of this order available in
the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with
certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice
No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
