03. 1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 1st December, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.35221 of 2021.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The order dated 1st December, 2021 is modified and shall read as under:

"a. This matter is taken up by a separate notice.

b. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the O.A. in respect of the Petitioners only which is pending before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, // 2 //

Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar being O.A. No.726 of 2018.

c. Accordingly, the aforementioned O.A. No.726 of 2018 in respect of the Petitioners only, which stands transferred to this Court by virtue of the judgment dated 7th June 2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13789 of 2019 (O.A.T. Bar Association, Cuttack v. Union of India and others) and batch, is dismissed as withdrawn.

d. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of."
