2. Heard.

3. W.P.(C) No.15472 of 2012 has already been decided covering the common Judgment passed in O.A. Nos.1145 (c) of 2005, 1146 (c) of 2005, 1147 (c) of 2005 & 1148 (c) of 2005. The present writ petition has been filed impugning the order passed in O.A. No.1145

4. W.P.(C) No.15472 of 2012 having already been disposed of covering the present challenge, we do not find any scope to interfere in the matter specially when the petition for limitation is also pending, as the challenge was made after much delay.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on merit as well as on limitation.
