08. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. Siba Sankar Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Sarthak Nayak, learned counsel for the Opposite Party- CBI are present. Judgment prepared in separate sheets is delivered and pronounced in open Court in the presence of the learned counsels for the parties and the order is passed accordingly as follows:
3. Considering the nature and gravity of the accusation, the nature of supporting evidence, its serious adverse impact on the fabric of the society and misappropriation of huge sums of public money, this Court finds no ground to interfere

under Section 482 of the Cr. P.C. at this stage. This CRLMC is, therefore, dismissed.
4. It is, however, clarified that the learned trial court shall proceed with a fair trial uninfluenced by any of the observations made hereinabove. Ordered accordingly.
