01. 1. Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court that subsequent to the impugned order dated 16th August, 2021 of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.18561 of 2021 the Respondent No.1, who was the Petitioner in the writ petition, submitted his resignation from the Appellant Institute, which was accepted by it on 28th September, 2021.

2. In that view of the matter, leaving the question of law arising out of the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge open for decision in some other appropriate case, the appeal is disposed of.
