          06.   1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement
                (virtual/physical mode).

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the sole Appellant has in the meantime died and he has filed applications for substitution of the legal representatives of the Appellant in Court today. He also submits that the Respondents have filed R.S.A. No.380 of 2012 as against the same judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge, Cuttack in R.F.A. No.72 of 2008 arising from Title Suit No.122 of 1997 of the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Salipur.

3. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to attach Interim Applications filed on behalf of the legal Representatives of the deceased Appellant with this case record.

4. List this matter along with R.S.A.No.380 of 2012 in the week commencing 7th February, 2022.
