2. Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that all the petitioners have completed six years of contractual serviced and as such they are entitled to be regularized in terms of the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 disposed of on 23.11.2021.

3. Mr. B. Sahoo, learned counsel for opposite party No.3 contended that some of the petitioners have not yet completed six years of service.

4. Let Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel file an affidavit within a period of two weeks, disclosing the name of the petitioners, who have not completed six years of service, so that their cases will be considered separately.

5. Call this matter two weeks after.
