2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2-Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation to consider his representation dated 27.04.2021 and regularize his service or to bring over him to regular establishment as Govt. of Orissa, finance department Resolution No.22764/F dated 15.5.1997 as well as keeping in view of the judgment passed by the apex Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka v. Uma Devi, AIR 2006 SC 1806; Smt. Mira Piri v. State of Odisha, 2007 (II) OLR 533, Amarkant Rai v. State of Bihar, (2015) 8 SCC 265 and State of Karnataka v. M.L. Kesari involving SLP (C) No.15774/2006.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexure-3 within a stipulated time.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-3 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
