It is directed that further proceeding in CRLMC No.47/2020 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur shall remain stayed till the next date subject to payment of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) towards permanent alimony directed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack as per judgment dated 24th June, 2021 and furnishing the proof thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
