3. The petitioner has filed this application challenging the tax and penalty imposed on his vehicle by the authority.

4. Considering the contentions raised in the writ petition and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in Sujit Kumar Dhir v. R.T.O., Keonjhar, 2014 (II) OLR 1070.
