In the interim, it is directed that till the next date, operation of the judgment dated 15.02.2020 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur in Criminal Proceeding No.338 of 2017 shall remain stayed subject to the petitioner paying Rs.3000/- as maintenance w.e.f. 02.12.2017. The petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears by way of eight equal monthly installments in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur and go on paying current monthly maintenance by 7th of each succeeding English Calendar // 2 //

month also by depositing the amount before the Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. On deposits being made as directed above, the amount shall be disbursed to R. Bhubaneswari Achary, opposite party no.1 on proper identification. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
