In view of the dismissal of RVWPET (RP) No.16 of 2014 vide order of the date (27.08.2021), the State-authorities are directed to comply the order passed by the tribunal taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of Bairagi Charan Sahoo v. State of Orissa, 2021 (I) OLR 692, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication/production of a certified copy of this order.

3. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
