2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 11.07.2002 under Annexure-4 passed by the Inspector of Schools, Puri Circle, Puri, by which he has been reverted from the post of Headmaster to Trained Graduate teacher in view of judgment passed by the apex Court in Pabitra Mohan Das v. State of Orissa, JT 2001 (1) SC 473.

4. In view of such position, which has given rise to a subsequent cause of action, the writ petition is disposed of.
