2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to revise the pay of the petitioner from the date of his promotion to Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Male) dated 08.12.2008 under Annexure-4 as per the Judgment of this Court dated 11.08.2017 under Annexure-3 and order passed by opposite party no.1 dated 03.12.2018 and 26.08.2019 under Annexure-7 and Annexure-8 respectively and further direct to revise the pay of the petitioner in the promotional post of MPLHS(Male) in the scale of pay of Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- with grade pay of Rs.4200/- with effect from 08.12.2008 and release the arrears.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures -7 and 8.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures -7 and 8 within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
