                                              ORDER

24.08.2021 Order No. I.A. No. 62 of 2021 01 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer to implement the judgment and order dated 12.09.2013 passed in O.A. No. 2380 of 1993.

3. Since by that time Orissa Administrative Tribunal was functioning, if the judgment and order dated 12.09.2013 had not been complied, it was left open to the petitioner to file contempt proceeding within one year, but, instead of doing so, the petitioner filed M.P. No. 165 of 2018, after lapse of five years, for implementation of the said order, which has been transferred to this Court and registered as I.A. No. 62 of 2021, after abolition of the tribunal.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application, as the same is barred by limitation.

The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.
