12. 1. This Application appears to be seeking a direction to comply with the judgment of this Court in the final disposal of the Writ Petition within a time frame.

2. Considering that there is no time frame in the final disposal of the matter, this Court directs the O.Ps. required to comply with the judgment of this Court dated 5.2.2020, to comply with the same within a period of one month hence provided there is no lawful impediment by way of stay operating involving such judgment by the higher forum.
