This is an application for stay of conviction and sentence imposed by the learned trial Court vide impugned order/judgment dated 06.07.2019.

None appears for the appellant. Mr. S.K. Das, learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department is present.

On perusal of the order sheets, it appears that the learned counsel for the appellant was not present // 2 //

on 26.11.2020, 21.01.2021, 18.02.2021 and 15.07.2021. Therefore, this Interim Application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
