1. Mr. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in W.A. No.509 of 2019 and the same is again confirmed in Supreme Court vide SLP (C) No.3555-3604 of 2021. The said orders appended to the writ petition as Annexures-7 & 8 respectively.

2. It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has made representation vide Annexure-9 series, which is pending with the President, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack-O.P.3. However, due to pendency of the representation on the selfsame issue, the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to consider the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-9 series and pass appropriate order taking into account the pleadings in the writ application as well as the judicial development made in the orders vide Annexures-8 & 9. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of one & half months from the date of

communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.

3. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
