2. Heard Mr. B.M. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for Transport Department.

3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the opposite party to send the challan dated 16.10.2020 & 26.12.2020 to the concerned Judicial Magistrate for final disposal against the vehicle bearing Registration No. OD 08A 4415 (Bus).

4. Considering the contention raised by the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in Anjan Babulal Darabad v. Commissioner, S.T.A. and others, 2014 (1) ILR Cuttack
