Considering the submission made and on going through the Interim Application, the typographical error in respect of the name of learned counsel for the Appellant in the cause title of the judgment dated 09.04.2021 passed in RSA No 438 of 2005 is hereby corrected as "Mr. S.R. Singh Samanta" in place of "Mr. Swarup Kumar Pattnaik".

4. The I.A. stands disposed of.
