Therefore, the first page of the judgment dated 10.08.2021 be replaced correcting the name of the State counsel as Mr. H.K. Panigrahi, Addl. Standing Counsel in place of Mr. M. Balabantaray, Standing Counsel, and the corrected judgment be uploaded afresh in the website of the Orissa High Court.
